摘要
介绍了在上海桑塔纳２０００型轿车开发过程中，为解决行李箱盖铰链断裂问题而进行的一种试验方法。通过对零件结构特点和受力情况的分析，以及对道路上所采集数据的分析，结合液压伺服设备组建了疲劳强度试验台并确定了试验条件，最后对零件进行了强度对比试验和使用寿命验证试验。
The paper presents a test process performed for solving the problem of luggage chamber cover hinge breakage during development of the Shanghai Santana 2000 car.A fatigue strength test rig had been built in combination with hydraulic servo equipment after analysis of constructional feature and sustained load condition of components with acquisited data in road test of the car,and then test requirement determined.Finally,comparison test of component strength and verification of service life were carried out.
