摘要
介绍了由线阵ＣＣＤ和白光照明构成的光电传感器。用其检测活塞环闭口间隙尺寸，是一种新的非接触式测量方法，具有许多优点。按此原理研制的活塞环闭口间隙自动分选机，具有结构简单、功能齐全、调整和操作容易、抗干扰能力强等特点。另外，介绍了自动分选机总体结构及其主要技术参数。
The article presents a photoelectrical sensor constituted by line matrix CCD with whitelight.There are many advantages for the new method of noncontact measurement employing the sensor for measuring piston ring end gap clearance dimension.The automatic piston ring end gap clearance sorting machine developed according to this principle possesses features of simple construction,complete function,easy adjustment and operation and high anti interference ability.Besides,the general construction and main technical parameters of the automatic sorting machine are presented.
