Another Probe into the Activities of the Northern Warlords' Government in the Paris Peace Conference

通过对相关档案和史实的分析,从三个方面证明,北洋政府在巴黎和会前后为争回山东主权、维护国家和民族权利还是做了大量工作的,在列强环伺的国际会议上,也成功收回了部分国家权益,为山东问题的最终解决打下了较好基础。

With an analysis to the related historical fries and facts, the present paper tries to validate through the following three aspects that the Northern Warlords＇ Government struggled a lot for the sovereignty of Shandong Province and defended our national fights before and in the Paris Peace Conference. In the international conference with so many big powers who want to carve up China, the Northem Warlords government regained some of our national fights and interests and laid a good foundation for the final settlement of the problems of Shandong Province.
