摘要
当前在我国中小学教师中职业倦怠具有相当的普遍性。从教师评价角度分析,评价主体、评价依据、教师评价标准以及评价结果中容易引发职业倦怠的因素很多,应从以下几个方面改善教师评价:发挥领导者的重要作用、给教师足够的参与感、重视教师专业成长、建立教师档案袋、张扬教师的个人闪光点等,同时认为只有充分发挥教师评价的积极导向作用才能有效缓解倦怠状况。
Currently, job burnout is considerably prevalent in Chinese primary and middle school teacher group. The author analyzed those factors that would aggravate burnout in criterions, subjects, proofs and outcomes of teacher evaluation, and gave the following suggestions to improve the quality of teacher evaluation. One should be 1 ) exerting the action of manager, 2) involving teacher in the process, 3) attaching importance to teacher professional development, 4) putting portfolio assessment into practice, 5) praising teachers' excellence. In addition it was pointed out that only utilizing the positive leading function of teachers' evaluation could avoid job bum effectively.
