摘要
探讨转杯纺分梳区纤维情况对接头质量的影响。通过对转杯纺纱断头后分梳三角区纤维数量变化和纤维损伤情况进行分析与试验,认为转杯纺分梳区纤维数量的减少和纤维损伤对接头纱段的强力、粗细和接头效率影响很大,提出了稳定接头质量的措施。采取接头前先喂棉再清扫纺杯然后进行接头的顺序进行试验,结果表明,该接头处理方法可使分梳区纤维的数量和质量得到改善,有利于提高接头效率和接头强力。
Influence of fiber condition in rotor spinning carding area on joint quality was discussed, through testing number change and fiber damage condition of broken fibers in carding triangular space in rotor spinning, the test shows that the reducing number and fiber damage has most influences on joint strength, joint fineness and joint efficiency, so measures to control joint quality were proposed. The method of feeding first, and then cleaning rotor before jointing was adopted, the result shows that this method can improve number and quality of fibers in carding area, it is feasible for joint efficiency and joint strength.
