Production of Amicor Fiber Blended Knitting Yarn

为了顺利纺制Amicor抗菌纤维、涤纶、粘胶混纺针织纱,并且避免后工序高温染色对Amicor纤维抗菌性能的不良影响,对白色Amicor纤维、白色粘胶和有色涤纶的混纺工艺进行了实践。针对所纺纤维的特性,以粘胶/Amicor/黑涤/蓝涤57/25/15/3 18.5 tex纱为例,探讨了产品配色设计、混色方法及各工序的纺纱工艺和关键技术措施,指出生产过程中的注意事项。结果表明:Amicor、涤纶、粘胶混纺色纱的成纱质量满足织造要求,外观色彩分布富有层次感,风格独特。

To spin Amicor fiber polyester viscose blended knitting yarn and eliminate influence of high temperature dyeing on Amicor fiber property, spinning processing of white Amicor fiber, white viscose and colored polyester were practiced. Accordi.g to speciality of spinning fibers, take viscose/Amicor/black polyester/blue polyester 57/25/15/3 18.5 tex as an example, color design, color blending method, spinning processing of each process and key technology measures were discussed, attention problems in production are proposed. The result shows that Amicor polyester viscose ble.ded colored yarn has good quality, it can satisfy the weaving demands, and the yarn has better gradation and special style.
