摘要 为了顺利织造多种经纱、多种纬纱、两种经密、两种纬密的色织物,保证产品质量,根据多臂喷气织机的特点,整经工序采用两个经轴,浆纱工序采用经轴染色和预湿上浆,织造工序采用两个织轴,并通过优化开口时间、开口类型、开口量、后梁高度,使入库一等品率达到99%以上,平均效率达91%。 To weave multi-warp multi-weft two warp density two weft density colored fabric and guarantee product quality, two warp beams was adopted in warping process, beam dyeing & pre-wet sizing were adopted in sizing process, two beams were adopted in weaving process. The first grade percentage put in storage can reach above 95% and average efficiency can reach 91% through optimizing opening time, opening type, opening degree, back beam height.
