滋阴潜阳法治疗老年高血压病临床观察

The Clinical Observation on the Therapy Enriching Yin and Suppressing Yang for Senile Hypertension

目的观察滋阴潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压病的疗效。方法将120例辨证为阴虚阳亢证的老年高血压病患者随机分为治疗组(中药加氨氯地平)60例与对照组(氨氯地平)60例,治疗8周;比较两组治疗前后临床症状、24h平均血压、血脂的变化和降压疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,在改善血脂方面亦优于对照组。结论滋阴潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压病疗效确切。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the therapy Enriching Yin and Suppressing Yangfor senile hypertension. Methods： 120 patients were randomized into two groups, the control group（in which 60 patients were treated with amlodipine tablet） and the treatment group（in which 60 patients were treated with amlodipine tablet and Chinese herbs）, 8 weeks as the course. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than of the control group, while the improvement of level of blood - lipid of the treatmeat group was more preferable. Conclusion： The therapy Enriching Yin and Suppressing Yang has a marked effect on senile hypertension.
