带状注速调管电子光学系统的设计与模拟 被引量:4

Design and simulation of electron-optical system of sheet beam klystron

摘要 设计了对有限宽带状注进行聚焦的周期永磁(PPM)磁场,利用E-GUN,SUPERFISH,MAFIA和PIC模拟软件,建立了计算具有平面对称结构的2维及3维电子光学系统模拟平台,并应用此平台对X波段、100 MW带状注速调管的电子光学系统进行了设计与模拟。结果显示,利用设计的PPM聚焦系统,当磁场周期为60 mm,入口处磁场为0.1 T时,在600 mm的传输距离下,电子注的通过率达到了99.6%。 Design methods for periodic permanent magnet focusing system are presented. Using E-GUN, SUPERFISH, MAFIA, and PIC, 2D and 3D simulation platforms of electron-optical system with plane symmetry are established, and the electron-optical system is X-band 100 MW sheet beam klystron is designed and simulated. The simulation result shows that the beam transmission is 99.6% in a 600 mm propogation distance when the period of the magnetic field is 60 mm, and the magnetic field intensity of the entrance is 0.1 T.
