摘要
目的:对天麻微量元素的初级形态进行分析。方法:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了天麻中Cu、Fe、Cr、Mn、Zn、Pb的含量,并进行了初级形态研究。结果:天麻中Fe的含量最高,其次为Zn、Mn、Pb、Cr和Cu;Mn、Zn的溶出率较高,而Pb、Cr在可溶态中的含量很少,主要残留在颗粒物及残渣中。结论:为进一步探讨微量元素与中药质量之间的关系提供参考。
Objective: To analyze the primary speciation of Gastrodia elata. Methods :Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of Cu, Fe, Cr, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cr and Mg of Gastrodia elata , and their primary speciation also been studied. Results :Fe has the highest contents in Gastrodia elata, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cr and Cu are the next in order. The dissolution rates of Mn, Zn and Cu are higher than other elements. The dissolvable state of Pb, Cr is very poor, it mostly in granule and residue. Conclusion :To provide reference information for further studing the relationship between the trace element and the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine.
