摘要 质量功能配置能在新产品开发设计过程中快速有效地将市场调查阶段所获取的目标顾客需求信息转换为目标新产品的具体工程技术特性。在单维质量屋规划模型的基础上提出了一个基于多个质量屋的质量功能配置线性优化模型,该模型充分利用了不同质量屋中各个组成部分的信息,能够权衡、优化质量屋中存在的各种矛盾和冲突。以某汽车企业产品开发的顾客需求和技术需求项目为案例,给出了该模型的数学实现。 Target customers' requirement information was obtained at the stage of market investigation. In the process of product development and design, by utilizing QFD, it can be rapidly and efficiently transferred into engineering technological characteristics in practice. On the basis of single-dimensional HOQ programming model, a QFD Linear Optimal model based on Multi-HOQ information is proposed. The proposed model can use the information in almost every part of different House of Quality (HOQ) and can also offer optimized solution to conflicts in HOQ. The goals of T (Time), Q ( Quality), and C (Cost) for QFD and CE (Concurrent Engineering) are included in the multi-goal model. The mathematical realization of the model was given by the case of the customers' requirement and technological requirement items in the product development of an automobile company.
