According to a lot of datum, a systematic analysis was put forward about the characteristics and quality effectiveness of the system innovation of Southwest University of Science and Technology on the four aspects： the origin and creative points of the system reformation, characteristics and goal of the system reformation, the development and quality of the co-construction and joint running system, the educational quality effectiveness and long effective mechanism.
