摘要
目的探讨用沉淀法测定枸橼酸钾溶液含量的方法。方法根据钾盐的特点,用沉淀法设计实验方案,并进行方法学考察。结果用沉淀法测枸橼酸钾含量,精密度RSD为0.17%,重现性RSD为0.28%,9批样品的平均加样回收率为100.19%,RSD为1.08%。结论沉淀法准确可靠、回收率高,适用于该制剂的含量测定。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of potassium citrate solution. Methods According to the characteristics of the potassium salt, the precipitation method was designed the experiment project. The methodologic investigation was performed, Results The potassium citrate content in solution was determined by precipitation method, RSD of the precision was 0, 17%, RSD of the reproducibility was 0.28%, the average recovery rate of nine lots was 100, 19% and RSD was 1.08%. Conclusions The method is precise and reliable with high recovery, and is suitable for the determination of potassium citrate solution.
