反相高效液相色谱法测定石黄抗菌片中黄芩苷含量

Content Determination of Baicalin in Shihuangkangjun Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立石黄抗菌片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法)。以KramasilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(44∶56∶1)为流动相,柱温20℃,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为277nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.118～1.069μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.94%。结论该方法灵敏、简便,结果准确,重现性好,适用于石黄抗菌片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Shihuangkangjun Tablets. Methods RP-HPLC method was selected to determine the content. Kramasil C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methol-water-acetic acid （44：56：1）. The column temperature was 20℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results The linear concentration rage of baicalin was 0. 118- 1. 069μg （r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery rate was 99.2%, with RSD =0. 94%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of baicalin in Shihuangkangjun Tablets.
