摘要
目的改进氟轻松维B6乳膏中维生素B6的含量测定方法。方法流动相由甲醇-水(25∶75)改为甲醇-用冰乙酸调节pH=3.0的0.04%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(25∶75),检测波长由320nm改为291nm。结果维生素B6质量浓度在3.4~17.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论改进后的方法准确、重现性好、精密度高,可用于测定氟轻松维B6乳膏中维生素B6含量。
Objective To improve the assay method of vitamin B6 in Vitamin B6 and Fluocinonide Cream. Methods To change the mobile phase from methanol- purified water(25:75)to methanol-0. 04% sodium heptanesulfonate solution(adjusting pH to 3.0 with acetic acid, 25 : 75), and the detection wavelength from 320 nm to 291 nm. Results The methodological study showed a good linear correlation in the range from 3.4 μg/mL to 17.0 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97. 1%, RSD = 1.2% ( n = 5). Conclusion The improved method is accurate with good reproducibility and high precision. The method can be used for the determination of vitamin B6 in vitamin B6 and fluocinonide cream.
