摘要
本文以海洋一号卫星水色扫描仪的转动机构为模型,设计了用以进行状态模拟的角速度振动试验,分析了步进电机的振荡机理,建立了步进电机+角速度振动条件下电机运动状态的数学模型,并进行了不同参数条件下的计算机仿真。结果表明,步进电机在角速度振动环境下会产生耦合振动,造成工作状态变差。
In this paper, a special velocity vibration test is designed to simulate the operating envi- ronment of the rotating mechanism of COCTS; The vibration characteristics of the stepping motor are discussed; and a dynamic model of the stepping motor+velocity vibration environment is eatablished. According to this model, the numerical emulation is done by using different parameters. The results have indicated that the operation state of the stepping motor can be abnormal under the velocity vibration condition.
