饲料中添加磷脂油、胆碱、L-肉碱对军曹鱼生长及组织脂肪含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 磷脂、胆碱、左旋肉碱等是哺乳动物的抗脂肪肝因子,饲料中补充这些物质有利于肝脏脂肪的转运。在水产动物中,磷脂可参与肝脏中甘油三酯向肝外的转运;胆碱缺乏可导致虹鳟、大鳞大马哈鱼、斑点又尾鲴、日本鳗鲡、大黄鱼等出现生长不良、肝脂积累增加,甚至出现脂肪肝等营养缺乏症㈣:左旋肉碱能降低罗非鱼的肝脂问,提高真鲷、鲶鱼等的生长性能,改善机体的营养组成。军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum)是广泛分布于热带亚热带海域的一种大型暖水性的肉食性鱼类,被认为是几种极具发展潜力的网箱养殖鱼类之一.在我国东南部沿海已广泛养殖。但在军曹鱼的养殖过程中,同样出现了脂肪肝问题,尤其是长期投喂人工配合饲料更容易诱发脂肪肝。目前,对军曹鱼的营养研究才刚起步,已有的研究也只初步确定了能量蛋白比、碳水化合物等的需要量,
