胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ的生物学功能及在畜牧业中的应用前景
摘要
下丘脑—GH—IGF—Ⅰ轴是一个重要的体内分泌代谢轴,对生长发育的调控贯穿动物的整个生命过程。自Sallmon和Daughaday首次发现并报道这一与生长激素密切相关的因子以来,人们对胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF—Ⅰ)的研究方兴未艾,不仅对胰岛素生长因子(IGFS),而且对IGF受体(IGFR)、IGF结合蛋白(IGFBP)以及IGFBP酶也越来越关注。而大量研究表明,出生后生长激素(GH)对动物生长的调节作用是由IGF—Ⅰ介导的,体内外试验也证明,IGF—Ⅰ具有促进组织生长和参与组织代谢活动的作用。而重组IGF—Ⅰ生物制品的出现。又为其在疾病诊断和治疗方面的研究开辟更为广阔的空间。
