How to Develop and Exploit Curricular Human Resources in Exerting New Curriculum

新课程实施中,课程人力资源的开发和利用是非常重要的一个方面。本文对课程人力资源的开发利用从三个方面进行讨论,即学生课程资源、教师课程资源和师生互动生成的课程资源;通过对这三方面的分析,认识到课程人力资源开发利用的现状,并提出开发利用的策略,从而提高教师的教学质量。

In exenting new curricula, the development and exploitation of human resources of curricula is a very important regard. This paper deh with the development and exploitation of human resources of curricula in three aspects： students＇ curriculum resource, teachers＇ curriculum resource and interacting curriculum resources between teachers and students. Through the analysis of these three aspects the statics quo of the development and exploitation of curricular human resources was recognized and the strategies were put forward,hence education quality of the teacher is raised.
