中小学艺术综合课教学的目的和特点,给我们的中小学艺术课教师提出了新的更高的要求,上好艺术综合课对从师范院校的现有艺术教育体制下培养出来的中小学教师是一种严峻的挑战。只有果断加以改革,进一步加强师范院校艺术教育中的师范性特征,弱化对单一技能的过度强调,设计和开发出符合艺术教育特点和满足新时代需求的师范院校艺术教育师资培训课程,艺术课师资才能真正符合时代的需求,中小学艺术课才能开展得更加名副其实和卓有成效。

The object and the peculiarity of integrated arts courses for the elementary and high schools bring a higher standard for the arts teachers. It is a flinty challenge for the arts teachers who are fostered by today＇s educating system of norreal school or college. We have to reform decidedly, paying more attention to the pedagogic characteristics of arts education in normal school or college and weakening the excessive emphasis on a single skill, designing and cultivating teachertraining courses for arts in normal school or college, which meet the needs of the new age. Only in this way can the arts teachers be really abreast of the times and can the arts lessons in the elementary and high schools be worthy of the name and highly effective.
