摘要
本文简述了WGF—1(A、B、C)型微机式钢铁材质分选仪检测汽车配件质量的基本原理。重点介绍该仪器在汽车行业所用钢材及其配件的混料、定碳、硬度、裂纹、折迭和疏松等缺陷的无损检测方面的应用实例、其检测速度为1500件/h。
This paper describes the basic principle of testing the quality of automobile parts with the 'WGF-1( A,B,C) type micro-computer-based au tomatic quality of material separator for steel and iron'. It mainly introduces the application of it to the nondestructive testing of the mixed material, the carbon content, the hardness and the defects such as the cracks, the collapse and the porousness of the steel and iron material and parts used in automobile industry.
