Review on the Study of New Labour Relationship Known from Planning Economy

1989年之后,新型劳动关系逐渐引起人们的关注,而相关的研究也随之方兴未艾。新型劳动关系的研究背景与意义、内涵与特征、建立条件与机制建设、基本评价与发展思路等问题得到了比较深入的探讨。这些研究的特点与不足需要被客观地加以检视。

After 1989, new labour relationship arouses the solicitude of people gradually, and related researches also increase. Such problems as research background and meaning of new labour relationship, connotation and feature, establishrnent condition and machine- made building, basic appraisement and development ways have been more thorough discussed. Insufficient quilt and the characteristic of these researches are inspected objectively.
