某职业技术学院学生生殖健康心理现况研究

STUDY ON PSYCHOLOGY OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AMONG STUDENT IN A VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE

[目的]了解职业技术学院学生青春期生殖健康状况,为政府相关部门及学校对青少年生殖健康进行教育和管理提供基础信息和科学依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法。[结果]72.00%的学生向往与异性交往。58.00%的学生有想拥有异性身体的念头,有想拥有异性身体念头的最初平均年龄为(16.51±1.66)岁。53.92%的学生有性冲动,男生高于女生,农村学生高于城镇学生,且随着年龄的增加而增加。性冲动产生的原因依次是看有关性爱内容的影视片选、看有关性描写的书刊、偶然与异性身体接触、看见异性的裸体、看网上色情画面。[结论]大部分进入青春期的青少年自然地出现向往与异性交往、性冲动现象。

[Objectives] To provide basic information and scientific basis for education and management to teenagers＇ reproductive health for governments and schools through finding out the reproductive health condition of college students in puberty. [ Methods] Stratified-cluster sampling was employed to select 1 300 students from the college as the subjects of the study. [Results] 72.00% of the students longed for making relations with the opposite sex. 58.00% of them had the idea of sexual intercourse with the opposite sex. The average age of firstly having the idea of sexual intercourse with the opposite sex was 16.51±1.660 years old. 53.92% of them had sex impulse, and the proportion of male was higher than that of female, that of the students from rural area was higher than that of the students from cities, and it increased with age. The causes of sex impulse listed in order were watching erotic movies and TV programs, reading erotic books and magazines, body contact with opposite sex aceidentally, having seen naked body of opposite sex and surfing erotic internet pictures. [Conclusion] Most of adolescents long for relations with the opposite sex and have sex impulse.
