Construction Concept for Beijing Enroute ATC Center

当前世界上一些国家都在改造或扩建空管系统,究其原因主要是:为适应今后10～15年内各国民航飞行量的日益增长。利用卫星定位、卫星通信和计算机等先进技术建立一个自动化的安全高效的空管系统。逐步向国际民航组织的CNS/ATM系统过渡。

With the increase of air traffic, the aircraft movement amount daily handled by the Beijing Enroute ATC Center will reach 800 in the near future. Within the limited airspace for civil aircraft, to raise air traffic, all routes should be controlled by radar and the longitudinal separation between aircraft should be reduced to 8 nm. Therefore, a high efficiency and reliable new ATC system will be set up for the center. The author proposed the construction goals and operation measures of the new system.
