摘要
结合宁夏警用地理信息系统的设计方案和国内外警用地理信息系统的建设经验,提出三级一体化接警、分区处警、信息共享的“三台合一”接处警构建模式,阐述了系统的五大特色功能,可拓宽网络化功能在警用地理信息系统建设中的应用。
Based on the practice of the construction of Ningxia Police GIS, the experience of both domestic and abroad and the practical situation of Ningxia, this paper analyzed the construction significance of the system firstly, and brought out a'Three Platform Unified' mode based on'Integrative Network Receiving Police case, Distributed Dealing with Police Case, and Information Shared'. Then it discussed the five special characteristics of the system. The idea has broadened the application mode of the Web GIS in the construction of Police GIS, and has provided a new construction of Police GIS with high efficiency and practicality to the future Police GIS construction.
