目前，高等职业教育在发展中遇到了一些问题，如理念与现实冲突，“供”与“求”错位，名“职”与实“普”困惑等。高等职业教育要充分体现其办学特点，要在办学定位、培养目标、课程设置、教学质量、师资队伍等方面形成自身的特色。

Based on analyzing the problems and difficulties of the higher vocational education ,It is the key of development higher vocational education that we can run according to its laws and come into being its characteristic ,including the position of school, the training goals, the curriculum establishment, the teaching quality and the tacuhy team, etc.
