以宜黄县为例,在对全县水资源分布以及二次纤维造纸企业排污情况调查的基础上,通过测算宜黄河的环境容量,摸清了宜黄河环境容量总量及分布,得出二次纤维造纸企业对河流水环境容量的影响,从而证明二次纤维造纸企业发展的可行性。

With Yihuang County as an example and on the basis of the investigation of the water resources distribution and second fiber papermaking enterprises pollution discharge, the environmental capacity of Yihuang River was reckoned and the gross environmental capacity and distribution of Yihuang River was made clear and the influence of second fiber papermaking enterprises on the river water environment capacity was obtained and the feasibility of development of second fiber papermaking enterprises was proved.
