联合检测血浆同型半胱氨酸和血栓调节蛋白在糖尿病微血管病变中的应用 被引量:3

Relationship of plasma homocysteine with plasma thrombomodulin in diabetic microangiopathy

摘要 T2DM患者(n=120)血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和血浆血栓调节蛋白(PTM)水平均显著高于正常对照组(n=30),微血管并发症(DMAP)组(n=77)均显著高于无微血管并发症(NDC)组(n=43),NDC组水平均显著高于正常对照组,且血浆HCY与PTM水平呈显著的正相关。提示联合检测血浆HCY和PTM水平,可有助于监测、判断DMAP的发生发展。 The study of 120 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and 30 cases of normal people as a control showed that both the serum levels of homocysteine(HCY) and plasma thrombomodulin (PTM) were higher significantly in T2DM than in control. Both the levels of HCY and TM were higher in DM group with microangiopatly than in DM group without microangiopathy . In the latter group, HCY and PTM were also higher than those in control group. The level of HCY had positive correlation with PTM. The study shows that the combined examination of HCY and PTM is helpful to judge and monitor the development of diabetic microangiopathy.
