摘要
介绍了一般意义上的n×m型矩阵变换器的拓扑形式及双向功率开关的构成;分析了基于瞬时电压调制技术的三相AC-AC矩阵变换器的开关状态和控制规律;给出了在一个周期里,划分输入相区、输出相区的原则,从理论上推出了改进的双线电压控制的矩阵变换器的控制函数表达式。最后,对输出电压波形合成的形式及九个开关的转换过程作了系统的分析,并给出了输出电压及输入电流波形的仿真结果,为矩阵变换器的硬件设计提供了理论基础。
Introduces the topology of a general M×N matrix converter and the construction of a bidirectional power switching device. It analyzes emphatically the switching states and the control rule of a three phase AC AC matrix converter using instantaneous values of input voltage, gives the dividing princple of input and output phase areas in each period, and deduces theoretically the control function formulation using the improved two voltage control method. Furthermore, the synthesis of output voltage waveform and the changing processes of nine switches are analyzed systematically. The simulation results of input current and output voltage are given and the theoretic bases for the hardware design of the matrix converter are also provided.
