摘要
介绍了血药浓度在位检测仪的光路设计,重点阐述了如何降低光能的损耗。该仪器利用Y型光纤束把紫外光照射到血液中的药物上,再把药物发出的荧光收集并送到检测器,其信号供计算机实时采集。为了提高仪器探头的集光本领,在探头的端面处又粘一自聚焦透镜,从而可提高仪器的灵敏度以及测量精度。
Introduces the design of an optical instrument for detecting in vivo the pharmaceutical concentration in blood. The emphasis is focused on how to decrease the loss of the light energy. The instrument uses a Y type optical fiber beam to couple as much as possible the ultraviolet ray the pharmaceutical in blood and collect the fluorescent emission from the pharmaceutical to the detector.In order to improve the sensor ability of collecting light, the authors add a self focus len on the top of the optical fiber to improve the sensitivity and detecting accuracy of the sensor.
