摘要
建立了圆棒阴极展成电解加工的数学物理模型并以计算机求解,根据计算结果提出了加工间隙的简便算法。经试验验证,该简便算法在工程上是可行的。
The physic mathematical model of electrochemical contour evolution machining using a round cathode is set up and solved on a computer. On the basis of calculated results, a simple method of calculating the gap size is presented. The feasibility of this simple method is verified by test. At last, the effects of manufacturing parameters on gap characteristics are analyzed.
