近年来,我国旅游业迅猛发展,旅游企业对人力资源的需求急剧膨胀,但是,旅游人力资源的供给和培训却相对滞后。旅游人力资源市场表现出三大矛盾,如何有效解决三大矛盾,当务之急是加强旅游企业员工的职业化素质建设,与国际接轨全面引入职业化培训与管理,组织建立并全面实施旅游企业职业化管理体系。
