摘要
近来发现,胰腺存在局部肾素-血管紧张素系统,肥胖、高血压、高血糖、炎性反应及低氧等可以活化胰腺局部肾素-血管紧张素系统,进而通过改变胰岛血流动力、减少前胰岛素生物合成、增加氧化应激、纤维化及胰岛细胞凋亡等机制导致胰岛功能失调。
Recently functional local renin-angiotensin system (RAS) was found in pancreas. Pancreatic local RAS will be activated under the conditions of hypoxia, hypertention, hyperglycemia and inflammation. The activated pancreatic local RAS contributes to the pancreatic islet dysfunction via several mechanisms, including abnormal hemodynamics, reduced biosynthesis of proinsulin, oxidative stress, fibrosis and apoptosis of beta-cell.
