摘要 肌浆/内质网Ca^2+-ATP酶(SERCA)是离子泵P型家族中的成员。作为钙泵,可调节钙离子浓度及肌肉兴奋-收缩反应。高血糖以及胰岛素抵抗状态下SERCA的活性下降,许多试验证明SERCA参与了糖尿病心肌病心脏功能的变化(包括心肌收缩和舒张功能),同时伴随受磷蛋白水平和ryanodine受体水平的改变。对SERCA的研究为应用胰岛素等治疗糖尿病心肌病提供了一个新的治疗思路。 The sareoplasmie/endoplasmie retieulum calcium ATPases (SERCA) are members of the P-type family of ion pumps. SERCA can regulate calcium concentrations and excitation-contraction coupling in muscles. Hyperglycaemia and insulin resistance can reduce the activity of SERCA. Many experiments proved that SERCA participates in the change of cardiac function of diabetic cardiomyopathy, accompanying with the alteration of the level of phospholamban and ryanodine recepter. The research of SERCA provides a novel method for treating diabetic cardiomyopathy by using insulin.
