摘要
以氰乙酸乙酯和溴乙醛缩二乙醇为起始原料合成了标题化合物,与文献相比,产物处理简单,反应收率高,总收率达42.3%,含量≥98.5%。通过元素分析I、R1、HNMR对产品进行了表征。
4- Chloropyrrolo [ 2,3-d ] pyrimidine was synthesized by using ethyl cyanoacetate and 2-bromo-1,1-diethoxyethane as the starting materials with its purity reaching 98.5% at an overall yield of 42.3 %. Compared with the literature cited method, the new method was simple and could give high yield. Structure of the product was confirmed by IR, ^1HNMR and elementary analysis.
