摘要
目的建立细辛不同药用部位及制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定不同来源细辛药材、不同药用部位及两种制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量。采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸,甲醇体积分数在30min内由40%上升到63%,检测波长为316nm,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为室温。结果该方法线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为2.1%;细辛全草、根茎、根及制剂小青龙颗粒中检测出马兜铃酸A,而辛芩颗粒中未检出。结论方法简便、快速、准确、回收率高,可用于细辛药材中马兜铃酸A的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of aristolochic acid A. Method HPLC was employed by using C18 as the column (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm), methanol - acetic acid(1%) as the mobile phase, while in 30 minutes, the consistency of methanol was from 40% to 63%. Flow rate was 1 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was 316 nm and the column temperature was ambient. Results A good linearity was obtained ( r =0. 999 8). The average recovery of aristolochic acid A was 99.7% with RSD2.1%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the content determination of aristolochic acid A.
