A Discussion on Property Right and the Management Mechanism of State - owned Enterprises

本文首先简介了国有企业在改革过程中遇到的困境及原因；其次，从产权关系的角度分析了改革国有企业的关键；最后，从股份制及股权方面阐述了产权关系与国有企业经营札制的改革。

This paper firstly gives a brief account of the difficulties and their causes whichstate-owned enterprises have encountered in the course of their reforms ,secondly analyses the keyto the reform of the seenterprises in terms of their property right and,lastly,expounds the reform of property right and the management mechanism of these enterprises.
