1231名艾滋病自愿咨询检测者情况分析

Analysis of the condition of 1231 HIV counseling and testing volunteers

目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测有关情况。方法对1231名自愿咨询检测者的人口学状况、检测原因和危险行为等进行统计分析。结果咨询者以男性青壮年为主,求询原因主要为发生危险性行为(77.7%),HIV感染检出率0.16%。结论VCT服务有助于更早发现HIV感染者,加强健康教育和行为干预。

Objectives： To know the condition of HIV voluntary counseling and testing. Methods： Demographic data, reason of testing and high risk behavior related AIDS of 1231 volunteers was analyzed. Results： Most of the volunteers were young men, and having high risk sexual behavior was the main reason （77. 7% ） of counseling, the rate of HIV positive among volunteers was 0. 16%. Conclusion： HIV voluntary counseling and testing was helpful to find HIV positive persons earlier, so that health education and behavior intervention could be carried out in time.
