摘要
节约资源、保护环境是世界各国共同关心的重大课题,在全国上下倡导构建节约型社会的背景下,面对资源短缺的严峻挑战,坚持科学发展观,加强管理,创新机制,着力建设节约型校园,已成为民办高校持续健康快速发展的必然选择。
Saving resources and protecting environment have been the significant projects of every country concerns in the world. Confronting with the severe situation of resources shortage, we have to insist on keeping scientific development view, strengthen our management, initiate original mechanisms and endeavor to construct economical campuses in respond to the proposition of constructing economical society nationwide. And these have become the inevitable ways for the sound, sustainable and rapid development of private universities.
