光子时代,光子计量与光子计量测试仪器

物质，能量和信息是人类社会的重要资源，当今世界已经步入信息化社会，光子是信息的主要载体，因此21世纪也是光子时代。近几年来，在《光及有关电磁辐射的量和单位》国际标准（ISO／DIS31—6，1990）和我国国家标准（GB3102，6，1993）中新引入了光子数，光子通量，光子强度，光子亮度，光子出射度，光子照度和曝光子量等七个光子量，本文讨论光子量计量及光子计量测试仪器。

The material,energy and information are important resources in human society. Today, The information society has come. Photons are main Carrier of im formation,So 21 century also is photonics age. Seven new photonquantities, include photon number,photon flux,photon intensity,photon luminance (radiance),photon irradiance. photonexposure and exitance have been added in ISO/DIS 31 - 6, 1990 andGB 3102, 6, 1993《The Quantities and Units of Lightand Related Electromagnetic Radiation》. In this paper,photon measurement and photon measurement instruments arediscussed.
