摘要
目的检测胃癌细胞株中Ezrin的表达情况与胃癌细胞株的侵袭能力,探讨Ezrin的表达与胃癌细胞侵袭能力的关系。方法分别采用Western blot和Real-Time PCR的方法,检测Ezrin在胃癌细胞株的表达情况,运用以胶原为基础的细胞侵袭试验检测胃癌细胞株的侵袭能力。结果Ezrin在胃癌细胞株中的表表达存在差异,其中MKN-45表达水平最高,N-87表达水平最低;侵袭试验显示MKN-45的侵袭能力最强,N-87侵袭能力最弱。结论Ezrin在胃癌细胞中的表达存在差异,Ezrin的表达水平与胃癌细胞的侵袭能力成正相关。
Objective To detect the expression of ezrin in gastric tumor cell line and its relation with invasion ability. Methods The expression of Ezrin in the gastric carcinoma cells was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot,and the invasion ability of gastric carcinoma cells was analyzed by invasion assay. Results Among 5 gastric cancer cell lines MKN-45 expressed highest level of Ezrin, and MKN-45 possessed highest invasive ability. Invasion assay revealed that the invasion ability of MKN-45 was the strongest and that of N-87 weakest. Conclusion High-level expression of ezrin was associated with more aggressive invasion ability of the cell line.
