摘要 为解决铜电解装置运行时产生的电网谐波污染和低功率因数问题,提出了在10kV侧安装并联混合型有源电力滤波器进行谐波抑制和无功补偿的综合补偿方案并介绍了混合滤波器的系统构成,混合型有源滤波器的无源部分由滤除11、13次谐波,同时补偿无功功率的11、13次两个无源支路构成。有源部分采用注入式拓扑结构,用来动态滤除11、13次以外的其它次谐波。有源部分对改善无源部分的滤波性能和抑制无源部分与系统等效阻抗之间的谐振发挥了重要作用。给出的现场运行结果表明:研制的并联混合型有源电力滤波器能有效的抑制谐波和进行无功补偿。 The rectifier power supply of copper electrolyzer can produce harmonics and lead to the low power factor at the same time. In order to suppress the harmonics and compensate reactive power when the rectifier of copper eleetrolyzer is operating, an integrated compensator located in 10kV side of the power system which consists of hybrid active power filter and passive power filter is presented in this paper. The passive filter is composed of two LC branch with the function of suppress 11th and 13th harmonics and compensate the reactive power. But the passive filter can only suppress selective harmonics, and the compensation performance of the passive filter is sensitive to the changes of the parameter. Considering the other harmonics and the resonance between the passive filter and the equivalent impedance of the power system, a hybrid active filter with the injection topology is adopted to solve these problems. The hybrid active power filter can suppress harmonics dynamically. The injection capacitor of the hybrid active power filter can compensate reactive power besides the function of injection. In the injection type hybrid active power filter a fundamental resonance circuit which consists of a LC circuit is adopted. The equipment configuration of the integrated compensation system is introduced. The controller of the compensation system is based on double DSP digital controller which can reduce the control time and improve the reliability of the control system. The field operation results are given in this paper and the feasibility and availability are verified by the field operation results of the compensator. The total harmonic distortion is decreased when the integrated compensator is operated. Moreover, the power factor is increased too. The engineering application of the compensator shows the integrated compensator proposed has a prosperous application. The harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation strategy proposed in this paper can used in other field.
