A PREDICTIVE MODEL BASED ON ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NET FOR RESIDUAL LIFE OF LARGE MACHINERY

在评述和分析了几种常用的剩余寿命的预报方法的基础上，提出了相对劣化度的概念，并以此建立基于人工神经网络的大型机械系统的剩余寿命的预报模型。该模型能考虑多个因素对剩余寿命的影响，并能实现多步预报。

Some common methods using to predict the residual life of machinery system were discussed and the concept of relative deterioration degree was introduced in this paper. A residual life prediction model of large machinery system based on artificial neural net was developed. The prediction model can take consideration of many factors′ effect on residual life and can make multi step prediction.
