摘要
通过三维弹性有限元分析和单向标定实验,分析了盲孔法与通孔解的关系,着重研究了应变释放系数A、B值,A、B值随着孔深与孔径之比(h/d)的增大而增大,当h/d>1.0~1.5时,A、B值基本趋于稳定。而A、B值与应力水平几乎没有关系。同时还提出,盲孔法计算可套用通孔公式,但深盲孔(h/d>1.2)并不等价于通孔,只是在一定的测试条件下与通孔接近。
In present paper,the relationship between blind hole method and Kirsch elastic solution is discussed on the basis of solution of 3D.F.E.analysis and uniaxial tension experiment. A、B values of strain relief factors are chiefly studied.The Analysis shows that A、B values increase with the depth to diameter ratio of hole ( h/d ).When h/d>1.0~1.5,A、B values intend to be stationary on the whole.But these is almost no relation between A、B values and stress level.The blind hole calculation can use Kirsch formula.But the deep blind hole is not equivalent to the through hole,it is noly close to Kirsch solution under the certain conditions.
