摘要
针对三峡升船机的卷筒要求高可靠性这一特点,提出用随机有限元法计算其强度的可靠度,以提高计算的准确性,对三峡升船机卷筒强度的可靠性设计提供了较为信服的依据。其中,根据其受载特点,考虑了节点载荷之间的相关性,并建立了采用板壳单元时结构可靠度的计算方法。该方法具有可充分利用SAP程序分析结果,自编程序小等优点。
In this paper,in order to improve the computation accuracy,a stochastic finite element method for the reliability computation of drum in the Three Gorges ship elevator is developed in view of the requirement of higher reliability for the drum,in which the correlation in nodal loads is considered,and a algorithm about the structural reliability used shell element is established.This method have some advantages for its full utilization of analysis results based the common SAP program and few works for self programming.
