摘要
The processing property test for electro-slag overlaying has been conducted by using the stainless steel band -electrode and electro -slag overlaying consumahle developed by Bei jin Iron and Steel Research Institute. The effects of the welding parameters such as current, voItage, speed, etc., on the bead size have been studied. At the same time, the externally applied magnetic field control has been developed. which has effecti vely improve the forming of the heads. The optimum processing conditions have been set for the stainless steel electro-slag overlaying on the internal surface of the beavy nuclear class l vessel-TK-29 safety injection tank and on the simulator ring.
