摘要
国外关于学习生态以及学习生态系统的研究比较多,而国内还没有相关的系统研究。网络的出现为人类提供了一个全新的学习环境,网络学习的开放性与多向交互性使人们更关注学习主体间的交互以及学习主体与学习环境的交互作用,学习生态观随之产生。本文对学习生态及学习生态系统概念作了界定,然后对构成学习生态系统的构成要素做了重点的阐释,最后分析了学习生态系统对教育发展的重要启示。
With the network technology applied in learning, it has get improvement in the evolution of the concept - Learning Community, which arouse attention to the interaction among learners and the support of the learning environment, thus develop the view of learning ecology. A lot of overseas researches focusing on learning ecology and learning ecosystem are searched; while, on the contrary, there are few relative systemic researches in China. In this paper, the notions of learning ecology and learning ecosystem are defined in the first part. Then, the components of learning ecosystem are analyzed with great emphases, including real learning environment and virtual learning environment, the interaction between persons and that between person and environment. In the last part of this paper, the authors discuss some important revelations on education development given by learning ecosystem. It is considered that the interaction is the key to instructional process design; the innovation and externalization of knowledge is the drive of continuing development of education; participation in the learning community will guarantee high efficiency to the learners in independent learning.
