Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Blending Learning

摘要 网络学习为学习者和教育机构带来了新的问题,混合学习为教育机构的课程设计与开发提供了新的思路。要提高混合学习的有效性,应关注不同学习方式为学习者提供的个体经验的教育价值,即经验需具有连续性与差异性。提高混合学习有效性的具体策略有:保证教学过程的适度结构化、不同学习方式分工明确、为学习者提供反思的时间和框架、重视面授学习的机会等。 During recent years, learning environment based on Internet has turned into the direct impetus to transform learning mode. Learning via internet becomes welcome, but it also brings new problems to learners and instructional institutions. To solve these problems, the authors expect blending learning to bring some new train of thought about curriculum design and development for educational institutions. In order to improve the effectiveness of blending learning, different learning modes that can give learners personal education values should be focused on, and the learning experience should be continuous and discrepant. This paper puts forward the concrete strategies to better the blending learning, which includes: the instructional process should be moderately structured; different learning modes should play different roles; the learners should be given time and frame for critical reflection; the chance of face-to-face learning should be attached importance to.
