摘要
传统的图书馆设岗方法大多按照工作序列进行,文章以广西图书馆为例剖析了其状况及弊端,并对图书馆的复杂岗位和简单岗位进行了论述,提出了按照工作层次设置图书馆岗位的新思路。
In traditional libraries, job posts used to be set up in view of work flow. Taking Guangxi Library as an example, this paper analyses the cttrrent situation and problems of job posts establishment, introduces the concept of complex job posts and unskilled job posts, puts forward a new idea of job posts establishment in consider of different work levels.
