摘要 采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)与木粉制得PVC/木粉复合材料。研究了木粉的含量、偶联剂的类型和含量、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和抗冲改性剂氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的用量对复合材料性能的影响以及润滑剂含量对加工性能的影响。结果表明,当PVC与木粉用量比为7.0:3.0、偶联剂为木粉用量1.5%、DOP用量为PVC用量20.0%、CPE用量为PVC用量10.0%、润滑剂用量为PVC用量1.2%时,所得复合材料的综合性能较好。 Wood flour/PVC(WPC) composite was prepared from PVC and wood flour. The effects of the content of the wood flour, type and content of DOP ,CPE on the properties of WPC were studied. In addition, the effect of the content of lubricant on the processability of WPC was investigated too. The results show that the overall property of the composite is the optimum when the content of wood flour is 30.0%, the content of the coupling agent is 1.5% of the mass of the wood flour ,the content of DOP is 20.0% of the mass of PVC, CPE is 10.0% of the mass of PVC and lubricant is 1.20% of the mass of PVC.
